This policy explains how Prairie Falcon Senior Living (the “Operator”) handles personal information you provide through this website — for example when you make an inquiry, request to reserve a room, submit a professional referral, or apply for a job. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and any health information you share is treated as protected under Saskatchewan's Health Information Protection Act (HIPA).

Only what you choose to give us through a form: your contact details; the prospective resident's name and the care details you enter on an intake or referral; and, for job applicants, the details on your application. We ask only for what we need to respond.

To respond to your inquiry, assess a referral or application, arrange a tour or reservation, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We use it only for the purpose you provided it.

Information is stored in our access-controlled operating system. Safeguards include encryption of sensitive fields, encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access on a need-to-know basis, and an audit trail of access to personal and health information. Our hosting is located in Canada.

We share your information only with our own staff who need it to help you, and with service providers (such as our payment processor for a deposit) strictly as needed to deliver the service. We disclose information otherwise only where required by law.

If you are a health professional submitting a referral, you confirm you have the client's (or their substitute decision-maker's) consent to share their information with us for that purpose.

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, then dispose of it securely.
